Mama Root is the perfect getaway in Zanzibar. The property is right on one of the most gorgeous and less touristy beaches, the hotel is small and intimate, the included breakfast is great (lots of fresh fruits fruits and your choice of eggs or pancakes), and the owners and staff are amazing and always checking in to make sure all your needs are met. This place is truly an amazing find. No notes.

Emplacement magnifique au bord de la plage, avec les bateaux de pêcheurs qui s’activent le matin. Accueil chaleureux du couple de propriétaires, aux petits soins pour leur hôtes. Cuisine simple mais excellente. Tout était parfait !
