The moment you step into the hotel you know you have arrived to paradise and you know that you will have the most relaxing time ever. The simple beauty of the hotel blends perfectly with nature and it is very compact. The food and drinks were excellent, best food we ever had in an all inclusive hotel. The rooms were very romantic and clean and the service was exceptional. Unfortunately we only stayed here for 2 nights but we made the most of it. We would definitely recommend sailing to the coral reefs in the morning to swim with the fishes and find surreal starfish. We walked along the coast and we thought our hotel was the best decision. This is the perfect spot for couples looking for a relaxing romantic getaway, but there are also so many activities you can do around Zanzibar if you want to stay long, so you’ll never get bored. We had difficulty leaving this paradise but it will stay with us forever. The beauty and sincerity of everything had an amazing impact on our lives and our relationship. We thank each and every member of the team for giving us this unforgettable experience.

Siendo de dirección española falta un poco de atencion en español. Además, cuando estuvimos nosotros, por lo menos 5 parejas lo hablabamos.

The hotel is nice and the swimming pool and room are ok.
the beach towels are stained and they have wooden carts so you can sleep good at nights.
On the other hand the Staff has some problems, they move to " pole pole", you are waiting for you food and drinks to much.
If you don't give them tips for everything they will make sure you will, we had with us someone ho dosen't speak good english and the bartenders for the swimming pool bar takes advantage of this and make him pay a so called tip of 40 $.
They promise breakfast to go because we left early in the morning didn't get it.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und moderne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Auch der Pool bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Der Hotelmanager hat alles sehr gut im Blick und ist bemüht deine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen ist lecker.
Wir hätten leider auch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar seine Klimaanlage anhat, hört man sie die ganze Nacht brummen. Auch waren sehr große Familien im Hotel, die man nachts immer wieder hörte.
- am Strand sitzen dauerhaft Verkäufer, die einen auch sofort anquatschen. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Wir sind deshalb ungerne an den Strand gegangen. Oft hat man diese auch sehr laut bis zum Pool sprechen gehört. (Ich weiß, es ist ein öffentlicher Strand, aber die meisten davon gehören offensichtlich zum Hotel.)
- der Service könnte noch netter und aufmerksamer sein. Es gab aber auch einige, die das super gemacht haben (z.B. Joto Bar Kellner).
- beim Dessert ist noch Luft nach oben. Auch beim Mittagessen könnten noch mehr vegetarische und vegane Alternativen vorhanden sein. Sonst muss man jeden Tag die gleiche Vorspeise essen.
Danke trotzdem für den schönen Urlaub. Es sind wirklich ein paar Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden sollten. ????
