Great spot - restful, comfortable and right in the historic Stone Town. Offers a wonderful spread for breakfast, restaurant menu is also good, and the views are the best . Rooms clean and spacious. Bed super comfortable and linens crisp.. Staff is welcoming .

ストーンタウンの海沿いでハイアットの隣にあり、立地は良いのですが、サービス，部屋は4星とは言えません。
ストーンタウンは半日から1日あれば十分見て回れる規模だと思うので、ヌングイなどの郊外のリゾートから行き来するのが良いと思います。
マーケットでお土産を買うのは香辛料などが手頃でとてもよいですが、レストランなどはあまり多くないですし好みは分かれると思います。

It was wonderful staying at Zanzibar Serena hotel and I found a very excellent place to stay,due to the calm environment which is very condusive for relaxing. Their staff are friendly and also the food is good especially the Zanzibar pizza.

This hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and sits right on the ocean. We stayed here for 2 nights after a safari in Tanzania and loved every moment. The ambience is reminiscent of fairy tales from 1000 and one night, magical. The staff was super friendly, especially Chriss was very nice and courteous. He gave us lots of tips for Stone Town and also of a cultural nature. The breakfast is great, the selection at the buffet is local and international, as is the dinner. We'd love to come back ❤️????????????

Beautiful family hotel. I came here to thank their staff member Rabia. She checked all of us in and every time we had a question she was more than happy to answer. The guy who took our duffel bags with a big smile up and down the stairs really knows what customer service is. We had 3 rooms with beach view. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. Some of the tea cups had old tea stains but overall everything was well kept and staff was courteous. Food was delicious.

Chambre très bien ,spacieuse
Petit déjeuner possible dans la chambre

Pour le repas en demi pension du soir vendredi 10 mars 2023
Serveur désagréable, balançant les plats plutôt que de les déposer
Salle de restaurant disponible en rdc style cantine
Et le repas !
Soupe ou salade à peu prêt correct ( il était écrit sur le menu soupe et salade, mais d'après le Serveur lun ou l'autre
Poisson pas cuit mais dur quand même !
Dessert immangeable : gélifié au chocolat?
Le chocolat à été identifié par le menu
En résumé le restaurant pas au niveau de l hôtel
En tout cas pour la demi pension car l'attitude des serveurs à changé du tout au toit quand ils ont su que l'on étaient demi pensionnaire
