Bad restaurant experience.
I was not a guest at this hotel, but ate lunch at the restaurant.
The Tandoori chicken and seafood curry can only be described as below average.
We were served by two waiters. The first one was friendly and professional. The second one (wearing an orange tunic) was rude and arrogant. He pointed with his finger towards a glass on my table and basically instructed me to use that glass for the second drink I ordered. The only reason I ordered a second drink at this place is because it was the driest Tandoori chicken I have ever had.
When we pointed out to him that he forgot to add that drink to our bill, he gave us attitude about that as well.
This is the worst experience I have had in Zanzibar/Stone Town.

So close to the jumping men, Freddy Mercury museum and Slave Market. Staff are excellent. Rooftop dinner hit the spot for us. Great value so we extended our stay for additional days. There's AC but it's still quite warm. Adapter for charging phones is needed.

La chambre avec très forte odeur de moisissure,la même que dans la cave de mon immeuble ????????, propreté bof.
Piscine bouillante et très vétuste dommage.(Attention à la faïence cassée on peut facilement se blesser)
Seul le p'tit dej et le dîner (langoustes) parfait.
