We stayed at balcony house for 4 weeks whilst volunteering at the hospital, and had a great time! The staff are so friendly, Saed is very helpful, we were able to store bags after our stay too. the rooms are clean and it was a lovely base for us for the month. The location is ideal in a Stone Town, we were able to walk everywhere! With a convenience store and bakery round the corner, and the beach only 5 mins away, it really was ideal. Thanks Saed!

No tuvimos una buena experiencia en Balcony House. Ambiente poco acogedor, picados por pulgas en la noche y el servicio deja mucho que desear. No lo recomendaría.
