这是一家旅店，住着许多从达尔出发的国家首脑。L'entrée est gardée par de longilignes Maasaïs.Bien situé sur la baie surplombant des falaises comme son nom l'indique, il offre naturellement une très belle vue, mais il n'y a pas d'accès à une plage.Les chambres (standard avec climatisation, etc.) sont dignes de tout le reste : spacieuses, bien décorées... On trouvera également au Sea Cliff, entre autres, un restaurant indien, deux bars, un café, un bowling, un centre de fitness, un casino, un spa d'aromathérapie et une belle piscine.
