One of the best places to stay in Oyster Bay. The staff members are very friendly and assists wherever they can. The food quality is good and options have increased considerably in the last one year. I have stayed that for about 5 times in the last one year - once for more than a month and then for shorter periods of about a week or so. The experience becomes better every time. Kudos to Suman (Manager) who personally interacts with most of the guests and tries his best to make everyone comfortable.

Such a nice place, it's close to the city center, good restaurants , Hospitals , Church and beaches as well .

Clean rooms. Friendly services. The location is so convenient as it’s located just before the traffic gets busy and gives you options to go to town or Masaki which has lots of eating places and shopping.

Located a bit far from the city centre, a. Quite place off the city traffic once you are here. It is beautifully made with only ground and first floor rooms. Food is nice and it offers a bar facility as well. You can dine here. A good size swimming pool to relax. The ambience is quite good, Ample parking space available. Common washrooms are available and very clean and tidy.

VERY DIRTY MARRIOTT HOTEL but the gym and breakfast were nice.

Warning: Dirty towels!!! 2 of us stayed but only 1 towel and we had to ask for extra.

Worst part:
1) new towels still had stains?!?!?

2) no change of bedsheets for 5 NIGHTS?!!!? (Btw, the bedsheet also had stains, that’s why we know)

3) first told us we shall be able to upgrade, but next moment be like “unfortunately we are full at the moment” and it wasn’t even full cuz for 5- day mornings, we see how few guests went to the breakfast. Not trying to be demanding but we spent quite some time in the hotel and it was quite empty and our room was next to the reception.

Good part: 1 star for breakfast. We enjoyed it a lot and the staff from the restaurant were super nice.

1 star for the gym.

So total 2 stars ⭐️⭐️

Nice meeting venue with quality facilities, nice service and customer care from the main gate, very nice buffet with all variety of food, very cool environment.

Fitting and Fixtures are falling apart

Gym equipment is old and broken

Breakfast is good, only a few menu items get changed every time( there is no monitoring if it needs a refill)

The staff is supportive, caring and hospitable

I stayed for three days two nights (solo),
and their service was amazing from the airport pick up driver Abbas really gave me a warm welcome to Tanzania and then Getrude Goodwill. She is a valuable asset to this hotel and to me. she really welcomed me to the hotel and to my room and the reception staff were truly wonderful. I communicated to Getrude from Whatsapp when I was in Malawi and she really was informative and she gave me all the details for whatever questions was asked so I was able to come fully prepared to Tanzania as it was my first time coming to Tanzania.

The entire staff were really really helpful and welcoming and they really give us a positive vibe of how Tanzania is and how their people are and how they treat us and they are amazing services. Their food was delicious and well made, it’s a very peaceful environment and I stayed in the loft suite.
Overall, the service was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone coming to Tanzania to stay in this hotel for as long as you wish because they would provide you a beautiful experience and excellent service from them and special.

Location is ideal between masaki restaurants , attractions, and the city
Rooms and very clean and staff is well trained
Breakfast and the restaurant is ok

At the heart of Oyster bay, this is a great place that gives one a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are well maintained, neat and designed. The service is great and one feels like home when here.
