Great spot in Marangu to relax and enjoy the Mountain breeze and quiet. Love their samosas their bar.

Whether you are climbing Kilimanjaro or just looking to stay somewhere with a relaxing atmosphere in lovely grounds then we highly recommend this hotel. They arranged everything for our Kili trek including some awesome guides and porters and looked after us so very well. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff for which nothing is too much trouble.

The greenest hotel I've seen, excellent staff and service, beautiful rooms and views from the rooms, A+ cooking. Loved our stay with my wife.

This place dates back to colonial period, and still is well kept to retain its originality. Rooms are relatively high priced since it is considered an antique hotel. One of best hotels to acclimatize before climbing Kilimanjaro
