This is without a doubt the best company to do an expedition with! 10 out of 5! We had the most amazing experience doing the 6 Day Rongai Route up Kilimanjaro. Our crew were exceptional! We were well taken care of, medical checks everyday, food was unreal and were fed so very well! Our guides did a great job getting us safely to the peak! The hotel accommodation before and after was brilliant and all the staff was amazing!! I highly recommend Altezza for your Kilimanjaro experience!

Incredible trip to summit Kilimanjaro

Would 100% recommend Altezza! Our team leader was Peter who was exceptional in organising the team to assist our group of 8 on the expedition. The other guides we had helping us were amazing, and were Godson, Osward and Joesph. The overall team of porters and chefs were incredible, always with a smile on their face.

The food was excellent and they catered to our dietary requirements. The team adjusted the pace for our group to make sure we were all comfortable. They answered any questions we had about the mountain. We learnt so much from them in terms of not only the mountain itself but also life philosophy too.

Summit day was a big challenge for us, however the team motivated us and we all managed to summit. In particular Peter, Godson and Osward struck the right balance in terms of pushing us to our limits and enabling us to succeed.

We were also told by many members of the team that Altezza treat their staff very fairly and they were all happy to work for them.

Our hike up Kilimanjaro and our safari trek was a once in a lifetime experience. But I wanted to add a second review for this amazing company and their hard working staff. Our group's trip to Tanzania was in the summer of 2023. I noticed they had recently been giving out medals to trekkers. Daria was accomodating and coordinated the delivery of these beautiful medals to commemorate our time climbing up the world's tallest free standing mountain. I want to give a special thank you to Daria for everything she's done for our group!

We just came back from Tanzania. Our whole trip was arranged by Altezza travel.I had an amazing experience because of them. We took a bicycle tour around Moshi the first day, before our climb. It was an interesting first day experience. We biked along the city and Rau forest resort.
The second day we started our Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. We took 8 days Lemosho route. Our group leader, guides, cook, waiter, camp supervisor, all the porters and other crew members were very Profesional, efficient and I couldn't ask for more. They made our experience special.
After that we went on 4 days of safari, again, everything was well planed and organized. I definitely recommend Altezza travel to anyone who wants a smooth and unforgettable Tanzania experience.
