C'est une excellente table avec une ambiance très chaleureuse, presque familiale et des conseils œnologiques très pointus. La partie hôtel n'est pas en reste avec un excellent confort et équipements à la hauteur, le tout à un emplacement idéal pour découvrir l’Alsace.

Away from the main tourist villages this hotel offers nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent service.
The food is the highlight here, it is outstanding and one of the best values in Alsace. Fine dining with a strong Alsatian influence.

Das Hotel verwöhnte uns bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt besonders durch seine herausragend brillante Küche. Das 4-Gänge-Menü war genial zusammengestellt. Jeder Gang für sich perfekt angerichtet, fein abgestimmt und ein kleines eigenständiges kulinarisches Kunstwerk. Gekocht mit Leidenschaft. Die Lage des Hotels am Fuße der Vogesen und zentral zwischen Colmar und Strasbourg in Mitten charakteristischer Elsässer Ortschaften und Ausflugsziele erōffnet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Kreis von Freunden sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
