Experiencia inmejorable, desde el momento del check-in hasta la salida. Trato por parte de todo el personal excelente, las excursiones y safaris súper bien organizadas. Vistas impresionantes en mitad de la sabana y con total seguridad. Viaje inolvidable

This is an amazingly gorgeous hotel, the rooms are stunning , reception, pool and bar area as well! The views of the Serengeti are unbeatable . We saw Buffalo and monkeys pass right by. They feed you and feed you every single meal

Gran hotel con una situación, instalaciones y servicio inmejorables. Muchas gracias a Fernando y Rocio por sus atenciones. En mi opinión y tras mi experiencia es totalmente recomendable el itinerario Melia Arusha 1 noche, Melia Ngorongoro 2 noches, Melia Serengueti 2 noches y volar desde la pista de aterrizaje de Seronera a Zanzíbar para pasar unos días de descanso en la playa es lo ideal, te evitas además de perder un día, el viaje de vuelta de Serengueti a Ngorongoro/ Karatu, y además todo ello se puede organizar a través de Meliá, q, desafortunadamente y por falta de información, no fue mi caso.

let's start from the most important thing in a hotel where its far away from everything! even humans. the service of the hotel was the best you can deserved from the checking people, room service, restaurants, bar tender, etc. we could not get better service in any other hotel and we could only thanks their team of excellent people devoted to customers like us. thanks to Rocio, Chacha, steve our guide, Fernando, Reuben, etc, etc. everybody was very aware of our presence and made us felt at home.
for the location, this is a beautiful place located on a hill where you can see all over Serengeti, location was the best you can find there.
we were celebrating our anniversary and every night was special, different location, different conversations with their team, specially the Masai guards, very special people.
for all Tanzanians, i think you are the most happy people in the world!

We reserved a stay at the Melia Serengeti lodge for three nights. Our initial impression was fantastic – the front office staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always striving to surpass expectations. Special thanks to CHACHA for his outstanding service at the restaurant. The front office manager, David Larius, was exceptional in ensuring our resort experience was magical. The entire staff provided top-notch service, with standout mentions to Majid and Jesica at the restaurants, and Doreen at reception, who truly made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting this remarkable property for an adventure-filled and soul-refreshing experience.
