We had the most amazing experience in this resort. It was beautiful inside and outside. The rooms were amazing, along with the bathroom and closets, desks and even a fireplace that you could have lit up on request.
The buffet food he had for dinner and breakfast was out of this world.
They also had good stuff at their gift store, where the prices were pretty decent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this resort.

Outstanding from the beginning of my stay until the end ! The staff was truly amazing. Every single person I encountered was so kind and friendly. The whole retreat is simply perfection. The rooms and the grounds are breathtaking. The food was amazing. I can not recommend this place enough. Everything you could possibly need is here on the grounds and in the rooms…

Awesome
This is the place to stay. Don’t stay anywhere else. Awesome property. Incredible staff. And just a great experience. The hotel has an awesome lounge for pre-dinner drinks. The lounge even has games — pool table , checkers, karom board — for the kids to keep them occupied. And even a gym! Can’t beat this hotel. I would recommend staying for 2 nights at least. A lot of folks spend just a day for the crater visit and then get another hotel closer to Lake Manraya before they tour that park. Don’t do that — worth a short bit of back and forth so you can enjoy this hotel more

We only stayed here one night while on our way to Serengeti but we will surely come back for more time. I cannot write enough about how amazing the rooms were. The showers and amenities are all to die for. The food and services were amazing. The view from the top is breathtaking.
