chambres et environnement très corrects voire class ! mais le service laisse à désirer : fenêtre laissée ouverte malgré les moustiques, internet défaillant et sur facturation des consommations ...

Good hotel, with a nice pool space and a lounge, nice rooms, agreeable staff and a buffet restaurant.
One star though, for the unacceptable behaviour of the management applying 4% to all our bills paid by card without any previous indication (oral or written) nor willingness to discuss it (only hotel in Tanzania with that situation). Either you tell it before, or you accept not to apply it when asked: sincerely disappointed by this.

Les chambres sont pas mal, le lieu est joli mais le personnel pas du tout agréable. 4% de frais bancaires en paiement CB, écrit nulle part, sorti du manteau pour vous faire payer plus cher. Aucun geste commercial, une « fausse » directrice qui n’en a rien à faire. Évitez cet hôtel lors de vos réservations avec vos agences Safari

De lodge zelf is mooi, rustig. De kamers zijn groot, comfortabel en schoon. Het eten is goed. Echter komen er 5% kosten bij wanneer je met creditcard wilt betalen. Het personeel is opdringerig. Tijdens het eten hangen ze om je tafel, als je gaat uitchecken staan ze buiten de kamer je op te wachteb om je te assisteren. Het is een beetje te veel en niet nodig.
