Stayed here due to a delayed flight, was absolutely fine to spend time here

The place is okay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. But the food was bland and it wasn't fresh. Such a pity.

Very peaceful escape if you have a few hours to kill instead of sitting in another airport.
We had a few hours to kill whilst waiting for our flight at Kilimanjaro airport. A quick google brought up Kia Lodge as a place for lunch. A short $10 taxi journey and we were there. A friendly greeting to a calm plant filled haven. The sound of nothing but gentle birdsong. Had a simple but adequate lunch of primavera pasta and a few cold drinks.

Good location. It was empty when I passed by for lunch. It took 45 min to be served (I was alone in the restaurant). Food was okay. Staff was kind and professional.

regular lodge with super location when it comes to stay near the airport for one night to catch a morning flight. Else not really suitable for a longer stay. No water at the breakfast buffet.has to be bought !!!
