Sehr gepflegtes Hotel im British Style in einem ehemaligen herrschaftlichen Farm Haus. Die Unterkünfte sind in runden Hütten mit Makutidach, die jeweils zu mehreren zusammen gefasst sind in einem Park mit sehr schönen alten Bäumen und vielen Blumen. Leider ist der Zugang zum neuen See eine durchgehende Mauer nicht möglich. In den Unterkünften ein Moskitonetz und einen Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage.

It's a nice hotel and there are plenty of activities to do but it was too expensive for me. I found the massage service quite expensive so didn't use it.
It is described as a spa but has no swimming pool.
I would only stay here a day at a time. We stayed here the day we arrived and the day before we left.
Because of the location there wasn't anywhere we were prepared to go out and eat. The restaurant is good but as the menu is fixed, and being a vegetarian, I was bored after the first stay as I wanted to try something different but we had effectively tried all the vegetarian food.
Worth staying here for 1 night.

I apologize for my late review, my husband and I stayed at the Arusha Serna after our 2 week Safari through Kenya and Tanzania, October 23 2021. We stayed 2 nights before our return home to Canada. We stayed in a number of Serena resorts along our way and the Arusha Serena did not disappoint. It was originally a coffee plantation estate, rich with historical detail and is walking distance to Lake Duluti. The rooms are actually small round stone cabins and so beautiful. The Arusha Serna offers beautiful views over well kept tropical gardens. The meals enjoyed were delicious - we travelled at the end of COVID so the menu choices were limited but necessary due to the small numbers of guests that were travelling at that time. We struck up a friendship with Erick Nyamasagi, one of the hotel's concierge/waiter - he's was performing many duties as the Hotel Staff had been whittled down during the Pandemic. Erick was so welcoming, and genuinely happy to have us as guests! He explained the history of the resort and showed us around the ground - just an amazing host! It was sad to leave Tanzania and we really enjoyed our stay at the Arusha Serena Hotel.

Very beautiful boutique lodge with bungalow style rooms. The grounds are nice and the actual lodge is elegant. Nice sitting area outside to have a pre-dinner cocktail. Service is amazing and friendly.
