Particulièrement grâce à Nicole au centre de sports nautiques.
un hôtel très calme et accueillant avec une atmosphère charmante
je tiens à remercier Sœur Fatima Maroc pour nous avoir suivi du premier au dernier moment et pour nous avoir apporté tout le confort pendant notre séjour
je recommande à tous de choisir cet hôtel
La chambre est très bien et le nettoyage et l'hospitalité très agréable
Arrivée matin tôt, on a bien mentionné à la réception qu'on a eu un contact par mail de faire un effort pour un check-in au moins à 14h et qu’on serai à la plage privée de l’hôtel.
Chekin tardif 15h passé, première chambre avec des marques partout. Même la baignoire à des usures !! ( en PJ les photos) j’en ai fait des 4 et 5 étoiles, même des 4 étoiles sont mieux donc ça ne vaut pas de tt 5 étoiles!
Encore une longue attente pour un upgrade gratuit sauf que ça aussi on était bien déçu, y a plus la baignoire avec vu qu’on a souhaité et même la nouvelle baignoire est trop petite et à des trace jaunes!!! Ça ne me donne pas envie de prendre un bain ( en PJ photo)
Apres tout ça, on s’endort apresnla fatigue et une employée ouvre la porte sur nous alors qu’on dormait...
Après ça on a réussi à se rendormir, un autre qui nous emmène un gâteau comme geste qui nous réveille encore...
Bref ils m’ont bien gâcher mon séjour sensé êtreparfait...

While we enjoyed the lavish comforts of the hotel, Fatima was readily available to recommend eateries that worked with our preferences whenever we ventured out.
The service from the hotel staff was exceptional too, consistently attentive and hospitable.
Small tip: Make sure to dine at the Rehan restaurant; the Gilgamesh platter, in particular, is a delicious!
The breakfast was decent, the gym is better than I expected, the location is good and the employees are very nice, especially Sham.
The rooms are a bit old though.
Just be careful that if you go during April, the water in the pools may be a bit cold, as they only heat the pool during the winter.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Abu Al Shaikh, the head of reception, and Fatima, for their exceptional kindness and assistance during our stay. Their professionalism and attention
made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated as guests.
As for the hotel itself, it is absolutely stunning. The breathtaking views of the Red Sea and the impeccable service exceeded all our expectations. Whether lounging by the pool, indulging in exquisite
cuisine, or simply admiring the beauty of the surroundings, every moment felt like a piece of paradise.
Overall, my experience at the Kempinski Red Sea was truly magical. I can't recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I can't wait to return.
