Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt hier. Alles hat gepasst. Herr Bilal speziell war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Bilal hat viele wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Für jeden, der anreist: sprecht Bilal an. Er weiß auf jede Frage eine Antwort und hilft, wo er nur kann. Ein super freundlicher, sympathischer Typ!!!
Ansonsten ist das Hotel, besonders unser Zimmer, eher ein Lost-Place, das noch als Hotel betrieben wird. Alt, marode, kein Komfort. Dank Bilal konnten wir die Zeit dennoch genießen.

I had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Praslin Resort. The resort is located in a beautiful island with stunning views of the ocean and the nature. The room was clean and every day beautifully decorated thanks to the cleaning personnel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The food was very tasty and I recommend the buffet for breakfast and dinner. They had a variety of dishes to suit different preferences and appetites. I did not book with lunch so I cannot give my opinion there. The staff was very friendly and kind. They were always ready to help and make my stay more enjoyable. I especially want to thank Bilal, the security guy, who was very helpful and friendly. He gave me all the tourist information I needed and helped me arrange some activities. I also want to thank Sadun, the IT guy, who fixed the internet issue in no time. He was very professional and efficient. I really appreciated their service and hospitality. I had a great time at Berjaya Praslin resort and I would definitely come back again. It was a memorable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.
