I highly recommend staying in Le Duc de Praslin, it is worth every penny and i cannot wait to visit again!

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr, sehr gut und reichhaltig und das gesamte Management und Personal sehr freundlich (besonders auch Ron, Front Office Manager).
Wir können das Hotel ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

I want to highlight the hotel's interior, you'll feel a special atmosphere as soon as you enter the reception! We were definitely pleased with the rooms! Huge, clean, and bright rooms that have everything you need for a good rest. The hotel also provides beach bags as a gift for your convenience. There's a luxurious balcony with an ocean view where we spent many warm and cozy evenings.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a beautiful relaxation area near it. During the hot part of the day, we loved to relax there.
I want to mention the hotel's restaurant and cuisine separately! It's just wow! Every day there was something special! Grill, sushi, lots of desserts, and tasty wine! The staff is extremely responsive, which makes this place even better and warmer!

La chambre Océan ne fait jamais 55 m2 tout au plus 40 m2
La vue mer est gâchée par un horrible chapiteau
Le prix est trop élevé pour le niveau des prestations
Le wifi est instable
La propreté laisse à désirer
Le restaurant vue mer n est pas utilisé pour petits déjeuners et dîners en demi-pension, c est bien dommage
Pour couronner le tout on a essayé de nous facturer des cocktails supplémentaires….
La chambre vue mer est très décevante.vue chapiteau , parking et mer Rideaux sales , savon et shampoing limités

Propriétaire qui préfère courtiser les tours opérateurs russes plutôt que d écouter les suggestions des clients
Monsieur le propriétaire, la politesse est de mise pour perdurer et il faudra apprendre à accepter la critique à l avenir
Perfect location, close to the harbour, close to the famous beaches and boat trip departure.
You will have to choice between the quiet area and the modern building which then seems both super great.
And let’s talk about the owner of the hotel, coming to talk to his clients every day and willing to help for anything.

Nevertheless, we take good note of your point regarding the way the lady answered and will address this point with the designated manager.
You will be welcomed with:
* Unreasonably long wait at the reception while being eaten alive by mosquittos with no mosquitto spray available at the reception (traditional Seychelles service from 1990s)
* Water outage notices (understandable for a self service chalet or a 2 star accommodation - but hotels above that have to solve these issues instead of notifying guests)
* Poor cleaning practices - 2 of 2 rooms we had were presented with dirty bedsheets at check-in
* Swamp smell and many mosquittos in the territory of hotel due to multiple standing water areas
* Cost-cutting on every corner, including turning off the AC when the room key is with you (leading to soaking wet bedsheets), lack of bathroom slippers and no local workers / chefs
* Poor food selection - only unhealthy (soaking with oil) options for half board dinner
* Disco at night with heavy bass outside of the new 'ocean' rooms, organized by the hotel itself with no soundproof windows and no regard to guests' sleep quality.
This is not a place even remotely comparable to real 5 star hotels like Lemuria or Raffles on Praslin. At half the price, you get 1/10th of the value. Don't fall for the 5 star rating and low price, and better book either a nice self-service chalet, or go for a proper 5 star accommodation.
La plage est toute proche ainsi que quelques commerces, guichets de retrait.
Pratique, l'hôtel se charge de contacter le loueur de voiture pour vous.
Accueil parfait de la part de Ron dès notre arrivée.

Unfortunately, you omitted to give details upon Saturday evening which I will remind here.
On Saturday 04/11 the hotel held a beach party organized on the beach in front of the hotel facilities.
This was a public event, open to both tourists and the local community. The set up and service on that evening were unusual as we had installed stalls directly on the beach to allow to cater for the big crowd.
I am sure that you understand that what you experienced on that evening was not a drink at the hotel bar and that what you are rating is not the hotel service.
I do not believe that you can compare and rate the service at a public beach party under the hotel listing. And we will contact Google on this matter.
Je souligne la gentillesse du personnel. C’est un plaisir d’avoir séjourné au Duc de Praslin.
La struttura si sviluppa su più zone:
Un corpo centrale dove è presente l’area ristorazione, la piscina centrale e le prime sistemazioni, una zona dove sono presenti delle bellissime garden suite affacciate su un’altra piscina e un’altra zona adults only di più recente costruzione con a disposizione una piscina riservata solamente alla clientela adulta. Bella e panoramica anche l’area gym e spa.
Direttamente sulla spiaggia è presente anche il Cafe’ des Arts, un bellissimo beach bar dove spesso vengono organizzate feste serali con dj set
Le stanze sono ampie e ben arredate: la mia garden suite era un’oasi di pace.
Menzione particolare per la cucina: buffet serale davvero di qualità, con prevalenza di cucina creola e qualche proposta internazionale. Colazione con stazioni di live cooking e ottima offerta di dolce e salato. Molto bella la location del ristorante circondato dalla natura.
Le Duc de Praslin si è rivelata la struttura perfetta per scoprire le bellezze dì Praslin, senza rinunciare alle coccole e alle attenzioni di una struttura di livello

아프리카 특징인지 모르겠는데 대부분의 현지인들이 친절하다는 느낌은 못받았음
아주 조그마한 풀장이 있어서 가볍게 몸담그기 좋음
1분 거리에 바로 해변인데 스노클링 포인트는 없음
대신 건너편 섬에 포인트가 있으니 주변에 가이드들 눈에 보이니 흥정하길

Es besitzt über einen Zugang zum Strand, eine Poolanlage, grosses Fitnesscenter und diverse andere Dinge. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man brauchte.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendbuffet war zahlreich und alles schmeckte hervorragend.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider muss ich 1 Stern abziehen da wir seit Tag 1 Probleme mit unserer Zimmerkarte hatten. Sie funktionierte nicht und die Zimmer sowie auch die Fitnesstüre öffneten sich nicht. Ich war ungefähr 10x an der Rezeption in den 4 Tagen wo wir da waren. Ich wurde nicht ernst genommen und man sagte mir ich kriege eine neue Karte, die Dame an der Rezeption ging ins Büro und kam mit der gleichen Karte wieder. Dachte ich sei blöde und merke dies nicht. Ich habe besseres zu tun als täglich 3x zu Rezeption zu laufen.

We have never met such friendly, kind and helpful staff in our whole lives. The owner Robert was very amiable and talkative, and the receptionists, including the manager of the reception, were always eager to help. The staff responsible for cleaning our room did a great job, the waitresses made sure we were always well served… everyone took great care of us and we couldn’t have been more satisfied!
When we arrived, the receptionist asked us about our special dietary preferences. We requested vegan food, and we were catered amazing food throughout our whole stay! The dishes were delightful, extremely tasty and of high quality, with the breakfast being rich and involving many options to choose from. The drinks at the bar were also excellent and delicious.
Our accommodation was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. The garden in the hotel’s area was beautiful and wonderful to take a walk in, and the beach was one of the most picturesque beaches of Praslin.
Overall, we highly recommend you stay in this hotel if you were to visit Praslin! We felt as if our stay was out of a fairytale, and we are definitely planning on coming back!
Während unseres Aufenthaltes von 6 Nächten fühlten wir uns ausserordentlich gut aufgehoben.
Auch den Inhaber durften wir persönlich kennenlernen und alle waren sehr herzlich.
Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön.
Geniale Verpflegung, Wunderbares, Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück- & Abendbuffet (Auf Wunsch auch à la carte, denke aber hier ist für jeden etwas dabei.)
Bezaubernde Atmosphäre und ästhetische Räumlichkeiten. Idyllisch und harmonisch durch und durch.
