LES LAURIERS ECO HOTEL ^{* * * *}

This review is not due to the food but because of the service, they had zero mood for serving and to do a good job!

Hôtel magnifique avec piscine, à 2 pas de l'océan. Le restaurant est très bon, la chambre très bien aménagée. Nous aurions voulu en profiter encore ????

Wir waren im Mai 2023 hier mit Kind (6Jahre). Die Anlage ist ruhig und schön angelegt, das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit frischen Säften, es findet jeder etwas leckeres und frisches zu essen, Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch gebraten. Schöner Pool mit Kinderbecken. Außen herum Liegemöglichkeiten, Tischkicker und ein Gehege mit Riesenschildkröten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig auch zu dritt. Mit großem Bad und separatem WC. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein tolles und günstiges TakeAway für mittags (grandioser Papayasalat). Der wunderschöne weitläufige helle und feinsandige Strand befindet sich gleich über die Straße. Dort findet man auch einige Anbieter für Ausflüge nach Curieuse, St.Pierre etc.

Très bel hôtel calme et tranquille, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. personnel très très gentil, bienveillant, qui parle et recommande facilement. Très bonne Cuisine raffinée avec jolie décoration des assiettes car servi à table. 2 soirs, le mercredi et le samedi buffet à thème. Le mercredi orchestre local et le samedi DJ . Emplacement pratique et stratégique pour des excursions facilitées.

We stayed at 5 different hotels in Seychelles on this trip and many more on the previous 3 trips at all price ranges from Four Seasons to cheap airbnbs. Eco Hotel was amongst our favourites overall and the best hotel on this particular trip, despite not being the most expensive. The staff generally seem very well trained, always polite and courteous. One staff member in particular made our entire stay more enjoyable. Ronelle (spelling?) at check-in took many minutes to explain things to us, and made a great suggestion - she arranged a car for us for just $60 for 24 hours including delivery, which we used to tour the island and then to go to the ferry terminal where it was picked up. This turned out to be many times cheaper than taking taxis and was very easy and fun. Ronelle was the first person to make this great suggestion to us, and also arranged it all. The room was very clean and tidy and spacious. The flour is polished concrete, the showers are good with strong water pressure, the bed was comfortable, there are black-out curtains, and we slept well each night. The grounds are pretty and it’s well located. We’d definitely book it again.
