As honeymooner the most important you need is a relaxing space..and comfort...at berjaya they gave an upgrade on the room as we were on our honeymoon which was very impressive...but the quality of food they served on our date night at pizzeria was disheartening....i even have a picture of soup they served with an insect in it...at we had taken half blow the quality on food at the Chinese restaurant and buffet was very low..we even asked the reception for a change but they failed to provide it ..by say we can make last minute changes as the other restaurants are full.. after paying a good amount this is not the kind of the service we expect... even the room service we had to call up multiple times for them to come and help... whereas at the praslin berjaya we had much better and pleasing experience....

We cherished the hotel stay, particularly the outstanding service at the beach and pool area. Mr. Prem Singh (Security Incharge), Mr. Raj (pool boy), and Mr. Tikaram (Security and Supervisor) took extra care, offering valuable advice. Their attention extended to our little ones at the pool, making the experience even more memorable. The resort truly felt like a home away from home.
We stayed at Deluxe Room and we stayed for 3 nights and if not for our air tickets back, we would have extended our stay. ☺️

Hotels was amazing and the service at the beach and pool area was great. Mr Prem singh (Security Icharge) , Mr Raj (pool boy) Mr Tikaram (Security and Supervisor) was took extra care by giving proper advise around the resort, it felt like home.
