TEPPANYAKI (BERJAYA BEAU VALLON BAY)

We are currently staying at Berjaya with our little toddler. I wanted to write this review as travelling with a toddler can be different to travelling as a couple. The whole team is super kid-friendly, the beach is a dream with a lot of shadow places (super important with a toddler). The breakfast buffet is good (for my taste too much sugary and unhealthy stuff, but you will always find something). We went sometimes to the evening buffet, food is sometimes good and sometimes ok, the fish is always really good! The gym is small but has everything you need for a solid workout. Standard rooms are a little outdated and you have nothing to hang your wet clothes (only in-room bathroom and a window, no balcony, no hanger). Chalets are great (bathroom with window and a balcony/terrace) - choose them if you can.
We also wanted to thank you Tasiana for her quick help, we had a little problem and she just helped us immediately. Also Shawn was super helpful when we were waiting on a transfer. And Gihan gave us a super heartwarming welcome. All in all it’s a perfect stay for us as a little family. Thank you Berjaya Team!

Ein schönes Hotel, das allerdings eine Modernisierung gebrauchen könnte. Die Zimmer sind alt und klein, aber sehr sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war jeden Tag wirklich gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, in den Restaurants und am Pool/Strand waren alle sehr nett. Der Strand, meiner Meinunng nach einer der schönsten auf Mahe und perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu betrachten, ist direkt von der Hotelanlage aus zu erreichen. Es gibt immer genügend freie Liegen und Schattenplätze.

Location of the hotel is great, rooms are fine and food was amazing and various but the biggest impression was made by the staff, especially the manager who were so kind and made us feel very welcome. Our last day in hotel they even let us stay in our room until driver came for us so we could enjoy the whole day. They are a true example of Seychellois kindness so sincere recommendation from me.
