Khách sạn còn mới, phòng vừa phải và đầy đủ tiện nghi ngoại trừ không có bàn chải và vòi sen cầm tay.
Rất gần Phuket old town (~150m).
Phố cổ cũng bình thường, họp vào chủ nhật, có nhiều người hát tại phố cổ với chất lượng tạm ổn.

I stayed on this hotel the Overall experience is good.. but need improvement on certain areas.. Like Customer service.. Mainly English speaking Staffs

1 star ⭐️ for Pearl Hotel.

The rooms are very nicely decorated and different from all other hotels I stayed during my visit to thailand. I loved the interior. Although the hotel seemed old but I am guessing they have renovated. Everything was good except the TV which came from 19th century ????????. Otherwisehh the hotel and the rooms are very good with beautiful decorations. The price to me seemed reasonable given the time I stayed while there was a huge rush of tourists. It’s in old phuket and I’m guessing not that far from the beach.

Had a comfortable stay in old Town phuket......very near to old Town Street

Everything good, the pool looks really great tbh, and bigger than expected ! The room & staff was perfect !

Hotel ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Poolbereich sehr schmutzig und verwahrlost . Die Rezeption kann bei vielen Anliegen leider nicht behilflich sein.

Die Zimmer könnten Kleine Reparaturen gebrauchen.

Wenn nichts anderes verfügbar ist, dann ist das Hotel völlig ausreichend für 1-2 Tage.

A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

Das Hotel bietet eine akzeptable Lage, einen akzeptablen ersten Eindruck und einen freundlichen Empfang. Die Zimmer verdienen meiner Meinung nach 3 Sterne. Wir hatten getrennte Betten mit Rollen und die Betten bewegten sich. Alles in allem eine OK Wahl, besonders wenn man während der Hochsaison unterwegs ist und Last-Minute-Buchungen vornehmen muss. Der Pool ist vorhanden, jedoch haben wir ihn nicht genutzt, da er nicht besonders einladend wirkte. Das Hotel wäre für den Preis leider nicht meine erste Wahl.

Hemos llegado a este hotel hoy dia 26 a la habitación 304.
Hemos elegido este hotel por que que queremos calidad si no habríamos cogido un hostel por 11€ diarios.
El hotel está totalmente reformado y nuevo nos dio muy buena impresión al entrar.
Pero al llegar a la habitación, vemos que también todo nuevo y de apariencia acogedora.
Pero la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia se supone que al salir un huésped y entrar otro la limpieza debe ser profunda al menos en todos los hoteles que he visitado en mi vida.
Todo el suelo lleno de pelos de los anteriores huéspedes ( no haber ni siquiera barrido) camas estiradas sin cambiar las sabanas llenas de mancha (pintalabios, manchas marrones) y oliendo a perfume de hombre la almohada.
Bichos aplastados en la pared ( a simple vista) espejos de no haber pasado un trapo y una araña con su telaraña junto a la puerta.
Avisamos a las 14:15 en recepción que acabamos de hacer el check-in y la habitación no se ha limpiado.
Nos dicen que lo limpiaran , salimos todo el día de excursión y al llegar a las 20:00 subimos y esta todo igual , tenemos que volver a pedir que limpien.
Nos quedamos 4 noches en este hotel espero que la dirección tome medidas con la limpieza de mi habitación y poder cambiar la valoración es una pena tras la reforma tan buena que tiene el hotel podría tener 5 estrellas .

Tras hablar con la dueña en recepción tomo las medidas oportunas y nos soluciono el problema .
Nos han cambiado por una habitación que si que está limpia y nos regaló unos voucher para bebidas en el hotel por las molestias.
