명성에 걸맞는 음식 그리고 서비스. 와인이나 추가 음식을 주문하면 가격이 무척 사악해지지만 그럴 가치는 있어보인다. 단 오리고기를 와규로 바꾸는 옵션은 기름진 고기를 싫어하는 이들은 피하는게 좋을듯.

I predict this restaurant will be the first to receive 3 stars in Thailand. Top quality and service from a to z it still has a job to do towards its westerns siblings, but this is the highest quality meal I've had in southeast Asia so far. /Best regards a traveler with 130+ countries under his belt.

Das Restaurant Sühring in Bangkok ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Es bietet deutsche Küche auf höchstem Niveau, neu interpretiert und präsentiert von den talentierten Brüdern Sühring, die beide aus Berlin stammen. Die Vorspeisen sind wahre Meisterwerke, mit Interpretationen von Klassikern wie Labskaus, Aalsuppe und Häckerle, die nicht nur unglaublich schön anzusehen, sondern auch geschmacklich herausragend sind. Besonders beeindruckend war die 10 Tage lang gegarte Ente als Hauptgang - die beste, die ich je gegessen habe. Das Restaurant trägt zu Recht zwei Sterne und bietet ein einzigartiges kulinarisches Erlebnis, das ich nie vergessen werde. Leider gab es in meinem Menü nicht die berühmte Currywurst Interpretation von der Wurst und dem Ketchup von Curry 36 aus Berlin. Frisch eingeflogen. Aber dafür Hummer, Trüffel, Schweineschulter und eine sagenhafte Käsefondue Interpretation. Ich komme wieder.

Went this restaurants few years back before it was so famous. Taste is good and the food is like a piece of art.

This is my third visit to Sühring since 2017 and the first since they earned their Michelin stars. I booked in advance for a lunch for my wife’s birthday for a party of 6, which included our parents, a 2 year old toddler and nanny. The restaurant made an exception to accommodate our toddler on this occasion and made a private area for us, so thank you for this.

While the food was good, I feel compelled to share my experience and say that the service was not up to scratch nor on par of a Michelin starred restaurant. The service was a bit cold and the staff did not make an effort to understand the needs of a toddler and parents.

What annoyed me the most is within the first few minutes of sitting down. I confirmed clearly with the restaurant in advance that it will be “4 adults dining” on the 4 course set menu. Our waitress at the table and the front desk did not seem to communicate and thought it was 5 people dining on the set menu. Who is the fifth person..? My toddler or my nanny? What’s more irritating is that she was thinking our toddler will have the 4 course menu and was pushing for our toddler to have the adult set menu. I mean, which type of parents gives their 2 year old a THB 4800++ set menu? First, kids doesn’t do set menus because they will be screaming well before the second course arrive, and second, they would not appreciate it especially when there’s some adventurous ingredients involved. They will be happier with a single dish of pasta. I did not want to make a scene whilst there but thought this was the strangest experience among our fine dining adventures.

My second gripe is the music. There is none and it was too quiet. We were sat in a nice private area with a fancy record player and records collection in the background. I see it was powered ON. I asked the waitress if we can turn it on, she swiftly replied that it was “broken since yesterday”. Umm ok, does she think we are two year olds too?

In addition, for a 4800 per head menu, it was bizarre that tea and coffee was not included. When asked what type of coffee they have, it was just from an Illy machine, which is like a dollar or less per pod. Why isn’t it included? Well, I guess I am not missing out too much.

Excellent all around!

My dining experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Despite the overrated reputation, the staff asked us to vacate our table prematurely to accommodate another round, leaving us feeling rushed and undervalued as patrons.

Worth spending time here. Quite entertaining German twist fine dining

People there are all friendly and nice. Every dish has very aesthetic touch, which i liked alot. The thing is what i liked were just amuse bouche and petite four praline…and if you are not a big fan of healthy juice mom always makes for you, dont order nonalcholic pairing…i kinda enjoy a little bit of acidity but i cannot handle 6 glasses in a row…
