I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived very late at night, only to find the doors locked. Despite repeated attempts to contact someone, we were left standing outside for over 45 minutes before anyone came to let us in.
The staff treated us terribly—there was no apology, no explanation, and absolutely no sense of urgency or care for our situation. The service was non-existent, and we felt completely disregarded.
This is unacceptable for any hotel, and I would never recommend staying here. Very poor experience.

Superbe hôtel, bien placé à côté de la place Jaude, à 500m environ d'un parking et de la Maison de la Culture pour un spectable pour nous. Personnel acceuillant et agréable, petite attention personnalisé sur le lit. Grand choix au petit déjeuner et superbe restaurant.
Escolhi o hotel Holiday Inn, por ser tratar de uma rede grande e conhecida, já estive em outros hotéis da rede e a experiência foi totalmente positiva, para o Holiday Inn Clermont-Ferrand infelizmente não voltaria a me hospedar.
