THRESHER SHARK DIVERS

I did one day of diving with TSD in Malapascua. I had a pay a $50 USD deposit before arriving to hold my spot and based on their pricing and reviews I expected a top notch experience. Unfortunately I was really turned off by their staff. I wasn’t welcomed in anyway or even acknowledged. I tried to check in the day before the dive and was completely ignored by the reception staff as I awkwardly sat there for 20 min until one of the dive masters walked in.

The diving itself was fine but when I went to pay, I had to wait in line for 45 minutes. Then they presented the bill with added fees for a dive I didn’t do and a torch I didn’t rent. Not to mention we could have done the same location, 3 dives with a different operator for the same price TSD was charging for 2. Overall, I would expect more for what I was paying and had a much better experience diving with a different operator the next day.

I had the best time for my first dive with Steven! Thank you so much for this moment (and the beers!)

Not sure where to start.
I've stayed in Malapascua for almost a month, and it's hard to resume it all in a paragraph or two.

With TSD everything was perfectly managed, and the staff was professional and friendly.

My best way to say "Thank You" will be to return for a 2nd round this year.
