The service, presentation and atmosphere were good but the food was quite bland, lacking flavour in most dishes and texture in a few dishes. I also found that they reused the same ingredients in several dishes, such as dill oil and asparagus purée. I really enjoyed the dessert though.
The cocktail pairing was good though.
Overall, if you’re going for a good atmosphere and a fun night, go for it. If you’re going for a fine dining experience in terms of food and flavour, I would not recommend this place, especially at a price point that compares with Europe and the USA.
We opted for the 8 and 6-course tasting menus, one of which was tailored for a vegetarian diet. Each dish was distinct and artfully presented. Our server, Marc, was exceptionally kind and thoroughly explained every ingredient in our meals. The cocktails were the finest I've sampled in El Nido. Overall, the dining experience was delightful, and I highly recommend it for a special dinner.

The food was absolutely incredible and our favourite by far in El Nido and Unforgettable. Such a great mix of cuisine, locally sourced so the menu changes. The photos I've taken don't do it justice. It's incredibly good value aswell. My husband had the cocktail pairing and absolutely loved it (3 cocktails).
We left very happy and comfortably full.
Ps. The same owner owns Baba street food in town which we really enjoyed too!
Cuisine avec des produits locaux, plats raffinés et un chef à l’écoute des clients. Le service n’est pas en reste.
Et la cerise sur le gâteau : un accord mets et cocktails comme peu de restaurants français en font.

On a pu discuter avec le chef, un français de Marseille. Le gars super sympa.

We have also been pushed into leaving a 400 PHP tip that we did not feel leaving.
Not a seaview place, since a very big roof stand between the restaurant and the sea.
Particularly bad chicken with mushrooms: 0 salt in both chicken and mushrooms.
The dessert was definitely good, hence 2 stars instead of 1
Edit: the chicken that I mentioned in the review is part of "standard" menu, not the edited version for fish allergic persons. Adobo pulled pork, for instance was tasty. Arancini (main menu) was without salt
