Very clean and cozy rooms. We traveled with three people so this was the perfect accommodation for us. They had hot water even when Ulaanbaatar had the hot water shut off. Breakfast is not really a breakfast though, just beware. Breakfast is boiled eggs and raw bread with jam. This was fine to us though as we enjoyed exploring the various cafes and brunch options in UB. Just good for others to know. The owner was also extremely friendly and greeted us and arranged a good priced airport transfer for us.
