Ein traumhafter Ort für alle, die die Ruhe suchen und die Natur lieben. Wir hatten eine Führung über das Weingut gebucht mit anschließender Verkostung der hauseigenen Weine. Die Weine und das Essen auf dem Weingut waren hervorragend. Wir können uns gut vorstellen auch einen Entspannungsurlaub dort zu verbringen. Rundum eine Empfehlung wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Comida espectacular pero el precio un tanto fuera de lo normal

This is a lovely finca and working winery with impeccable grounds that give the vibe of Spanish hacienda -- just don't take your children. The facilities are excellent -- stylish rooms, a really fantastic pool, gym, spa and dining facilities. While the facilities are excellent, the service seemed unwelcoming and rude to our family of four. We have two small children ages 4 and 2. This is a very quiet place really meant for couples. The pool is serene but quiet. Our two children were told that jumping in the pool was not allowed, talking in high voices - not allowed. Its a culture of no. The attitude of the staff was not friendly and lacked experience around children. The food, while good, is extremely expensive (far higher than comparable places on the island) and I felt as though we were gouged on many fronts (our extra small bed was 168 Euros per night!). If you don't welcome children, then don't allow them on your property.

Dream location with beautiful landscape, great service & amazing food. Perfect hideaway on this beautiful island.

Espectacular

I am not someone who usually leaves reviews and have been trying to decide whether to write this review for some time. We visited Torralbenc in September 2022 and stayed for a week. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - you couldn't ask for a more ideallic setting. It's surrounded by stunning olive trees and grape vines. The breakfast is also unreal.

HOWEVER, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and stand-offish and made us feel unwelcome from the minute we arrived. Food and drink is outrageously priced. The meal we had at the hotel was one of the worst meals we had on the trip. I had the prawn rice and it was quite frankly inedible. The room was dark and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and hard.

Lastly, we are not a couple who likes a big fuss and I don't want this review to sound self indulgent. We got engaged on the second day we were there - the hotel staff were aware that my boyfriend was planning on proposing in the hotel grounds. He had arranged for them to prepare a picnic for us. For the whole week we were there, not a single person said a word to us about the engagement, even when we were giving back the picnic hamper after it had just happened!! We arranged for a dinner in the hotel restaurant that evening and again not a single word was said! We obviously didn't expect a whole song and dance about it but it would have been lovely to get a glass of something at the very least.

All in all, Torralbenc could be a fantastic place to stay but the staff made what should have been a really special trip very uncomfortable.

Vam anar a fer la visita a la vinya i la bodega i un tast de vins. L’entorn és increïble, l’hotel una passada. El somelier en sap molt i ens ho va explicar tot amb entusiasme. Molt agradable. Els vins de qualitat, molt bons. Ho recomano.

The Hotel Torralbenc is a beautiful intimate boutique experience that makes one feel as if you were staying at a family friend’s vineyard. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable & attentive without being stuffy or awkward.

The surrounding landscape & structures are stunning in its subtle luxury.

The bath products made from the rosemary grown around the grounds, the home grown produce served in the restaurant and down to the self-produced wines are all unique to this place & lives up to its reputation.

We highly recommend the welcome Aroma Soul massage offer, which is a luxurious aromatherapy massage that was custom developed by the wellness director, Sandra.

It is such a truly wonderful & unique experience, we hope that the good vibes stay intact for a long time to come.
