We love the combination of elegance, originality and informality, in everything at Experimental. The food is a taste adventure, all finely prepared, and combines the best ingredients with local tradition and invention! The grilled sea bass and asparagus are delicious, but the lamb chops are unforgettable, the heat on the tongue arresting complimented by the tart fruitiness (of orange and pomegrante) and the eastern spice of the preparation.

We were, however, disappointed by the new wine list having dined here often and both unusual and superb choices, particularly from the Balearics. The new list has little of that, and is quite limited overall. The delightfully relaxed service (staff are unfailing helpful and friendly) can occasionally result in delays in the arrival of the food, though not unreasonable.

We love the restaurant and it's beguiling design, setting, and originality. Perfect chill-out chic!!!

Food was delicious, we ordered the watermelon salad, patatas bravas, pan con tomate, tuna tartare and aguachile.
Service was great! The food came out fast, staff was friendly and efficient.
The best was the Torija bread pudding with vanilla ice cream! Highly recommend. It was the most delicious dessert we have had in the island.
The only feedback for this place is that the aguachile and tuna tartare could be a bit bigger the portions.
