Hotel colaborador del IMSERSO, restaurado hace muy poco tiempo.. Hemos estado 10 días, tanto habitaciones y servicios como comedor bufet ha estado de acorde a las expectativas. Recomendable.

We have stayed at this Hotel many times when it was Hotel Cala Gandana. One of the reasons we booked half board was because they catered for a gluten free diet. I am ceoliac which is a medical condition. Does Minura Cala Gandana cater for gluten free diet?

We had a fabulous stay here in October half term in 2 twin hotel rooms. The rooms were clean, the half board food was buffet to a great standard. The lobby and reception and bars were spacious and comfortable and the staff excellent. This was a good choice for a 5 day break with teens.

The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, is the greatest advantage of this hotel—wonderful, kind, helpful, and warm people who are incredibly understanding. Fantastic location: a 5-minute walk to the beach, and across the street, there is a vast, free parking area where you can park. Rooms with a sea (bay) view are very well-equipped and regularly cleaned. Tasty food, typical for hotels but quite diverse. I highly recommend this hotel!

Zero stars. From the moment I arrived i felt like I'd stepped back in time. Not in a good way. As I entered the hotel it looked like it hasn't been updated since the 70s. I went to my room to find a hole in the wall where the TV should of been. A camping kettle with a lead of about 10cm so you have to put it on the floor to boil it. No tea or coffee or sugar provided like any other hotel. How on earth has this place got 4*, it should be about 1-2* from the obvious semen stain that was left on the bedside light switch. The outside balcony had not been cleaned. The lampshades were covered in stains. The fridge, I was told, only works when the key card is in the slot, on arrival I had to put my key card into a warm fridge, and when removed the power would go back off again. What an absolute joke. I had been travelling all day and wanted to relax and sleep but found this impossible due to there being only one sheet and what felt like one table cloth spread over the bed. Only two pillows provided. As someone who was taking their first holiday as a widow, as someone who has autism, as literally anyone that pays 100+ a night for a hotel room.. This place was absolutely disgusting. Even the table for coffee had dirt and crumbs from previous resident. It's like they put all money into refurbished bathrooms and left the rest of hotel as a dirty motel vibe. An absolutely disgusting hotel. I got sick the next day from being so cold over night. I checked into a better much nicer hotel round the corner and just left this horror hotel behind. Attached are photos of stains etc. The air con was ancient and didn't work properly. My garden balcony view was of a switched off waterfall and a huge electric generator which made it impossible to relax. Balcony was absolutely filthy, table covered in dirt. If you want a nice holiday,. Go somewhere the management care about whether you have a good time and money well spent. This place was absolutely horrible. Staff were fine altho calling my room on the morning I left asking when I ws leaving because the hotel was closing for the season, felt very pushy and stupid as I ws already due and noted to check out in the morning. The staff had checked out for the season already. Disgusting hotel, Crusty decor and stains on everything. No idea how this place has 4*.

We stayed at the Minura Cala Galdana Hotel at the beginning of October 2023 and had such a fantastic holiday there.
We wanted somewhere fairly quiet, just to relax and reward ourselves: we couldn't have chosen better!
The location was fantastic, being close to the sea and little cove, plus being close to local amenities, such as various supermarkets, pharmacy and cafes/restaurants/bars.
The bus stop to Ciutadella is opposite, so that made a day trip super easy.
The pool area is fab and I spent lots of happy hours swimming and relaxing there. The pool bar was super handy and served drinks and food.
We went 1/2 board and were not disappointed! The buffet at breakfast and dinner was superb: excellent quality and excellent choice suiting many palates but also catering for those with intolerances (see photos). The efficiency of the staff in the restaurant was incredible to watch: it is a finely tuned team, working the floor impeccably.
Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful and polite.
In the evening, the bar had a happy hour, and if you wanted it to be a very happy 2 hours, their sister bar at The Lighthouse obliged, with a well timed 1/2 hr in-between ????
There was various light entertainment in the evenings and we thoroughly enjoyed Sarah's quizes and bingo.
There was a lovely atmosphere amongst guests and every day there was a little chat with different people and I think the general hotel atmosphere helped that R & R feel.
The rooms were comfy, as were the beds. The shower was the best I've been in in any hotel. The aircon was super efficient. There was a little fridge and a safe. There was a blackout curtain for afternoon kips! WiFi was great.
The team that cleans the hotel need special mention, you keep it spotless! A big thank you ????
Seriously, I can't fault this hotel. It is well run, well thought out and provided a great holiday.
Heartfelt thanks to the entire Minura Hotel Cala Galdana team and Jet2 for getting us there (& back!). There's a very good chance we'll return and I do not hesitate to encourage you to go there too. ????????????????

Great 10 nights with my daughter..tho I wish jet2 would have informed me of the refurbishment that would be going on during our last few days ! Wasn't nice hearing banging etc above our room or you could have moved us away from the noise ..it's these little things that need attention in order to keep you're customers happy ...please in future do not let refurbishment work start whilst still got paying guests..and why was the pool ice cold ? I also noticed the corridors didn't smell to nice the Hoover's chucked out a dirty fusty smell aswell ..another point is the Life guards need to not allow selfish residents putting there towels on sun loungers then going for breakfast or going out for few hours ..selfish behaviour! Apart from these we had a nice time ☀️????

Nos ha encantado la estancia en este hotel. Buenas instalaciones, buen buffet y buen servicio por parte de los empleados. El emplazamiento en Cala Galdana aparte de ser precioso, es perfecto porque tiene un montón de servicios e ideal para visitar la isla. Por poner algo negativo el 90% de los huéspedes son extranjeros, en su mayoría alemanes e ingleses y la animación por la noche es en su idioma.

Hotel..muy bien ..las habitaciones están bastante bien ..el personal tod@s súper amables..la limpieza de 10 ..la comida variada y buena ..el personal del restaurante súper atento y educados ..la recepción súper bien siempre dispuesta ayudarte en lo que sea ..en fin todo perfecto ..lo recomiendo 100% ....volveré muy pronto..saludos a todo el personal ..profesionales y muy educados...gracias por todo

Wir waren eine Woche da, mit Sohn und 2jährigem Enkel. Kinderfreundlich, Spielplatz und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten außer Balkon alles was man braucht. Mich hat besonders der Kühlschrank zur freien Verfügung gefreut. Kein Minibarunfug. Das da viele britische Rentner sind, stimmt. Sie sind sehr kinderlieb. Wer also unter 40 ist und Clubatmosphäre sucht oder den ganzen Tag im Hotel hocken will obwohl er noch kein klappriger Greis ist, ist hier fehl am Platz. Für alle anderen: klare Empfehlung!

What a lovely hotel . Very helpful staff . Everything to hand beach restaurants shops bus to other towns . No need of a car . Pools clean whole place clean lovely safe beach . Would highly recommend the Cala Galdana hotel a the resort Cala Galdana . The phot is the crazy golf . A park a kids waterslide just outside our room .
