Excellent service de la part du personnel et très propre ! Belle terrasse de promenade et de piscine.
Vous en avez vraiment pour votre argent ! Si vous avez des enfants, il y a aussi un club pour enfants. Ils couvrent plus que ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre !
Obviously, every aspect of the hotel, from the location to the service, to the staff, was impeccable and worthy of five stars. However, what really impressed me was the staff's attention to every single guest.
From the moment I stepped through the hotel's doors, I felt pampered and welcomed exceptionally. Every staff member showed a genuine interest in my well-being and made sure that every need of mine was met to the fullest.
The hospitality and courtesy I received exceeded all expectations, turning my stay into a true paradise on earth. It's rare to find a place where you feel so special and well-cared for, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to live this unique experience.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to immerse yourself in luxury and personalized attention, the Villa LE Blanc is the perfect choice. An oasis of beauty and tranquility that will make you feel like in heaven.
The big minus is the service. Honestly it was very bad. The staff is either not trained properly or due to the fact that the hotel is very new they hired people with no experience. It was right from the checkin straight to the check out. The waiters and the people working are just unfriendly and basically don’t even know what to do or say. I wish they get trained properly so nothing can put this hotel to question since it’s absolutely gorgeous in everything.
Lo más que valoro es el trato humano del hotel. El servicio y la atención es excepcional. Tuvieron todo tipo de detalles, mención especial a Beatriz y Georgina, que han hecho posible más grata aún la experiencia. El hotel un 10, gracias por tanta dedicación, se ve perfectamente donde hay gusto por las cosas y las personas.
Los tres restaurantes del hotel son muy buenos y variados. La amabilidad y cercanía de todos los empleados es excelente. Destacar a Oliver por su simpatía, cercanía y recomendaciones. Tener a este tipo de personas en el establecimiento hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Seguro volveremos.
