MENORCA HABITAT

Nous venons de passer une semaine merveilleuse avec notre famille à Vista Alegre. Nous étions 6 personnes et nous avons été très à l'aise, une chambre et une salle de bain pour chaque couple, très confortable ! Les vues sont un vrai rêve. Se réveiller, manger, lire dans le hamac, regarder le coucher de soleil ? tout cela depuis votre maison, en contemplant Cala Galdana, c'est incroyable. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Cala Mitjana en 10 minutes, et vous baigner à Cala Galdana à quelques pas. Presque tous les points d'intérêt de l'île se trouvent à 20 minutes en voiture. Je pense que le rapport qualité/prix est le meilleur endroit où nous ayons séjourné. Nous allons souvent sur l'île et je suis sûr à 100% que je resterai ici à chaque fois que je reviendrai.

Queremos transmitir nuestro agradecimiento tanto a Manorca Habitat como a los propietarios de Viniyaya por nuestra mas que agradable estancia en Menorca.
La empresa, por mediación de Gundi, nos ha facilitado todos los procesos administrativos para nuestra estancia. La entrada y salida han resultado muy cómodas. La casa es una maravilla. Tanto la distribución como la decoración y el utillaje de la vivienda son magníficos. El jardín y el entorno son también reseñables. De hecho, hemos comentado que volveremos a la isla y a la misma casa en caso de que este disponible. En definitiva, un autentico placer poder haber disfrutado de estos días.
Esperamos que la casa haya quedado en las mejores condiciones y que nuestros anfitriones estén igualmente contentos con nuestra estancia.

Excellent service from this company from my initial enquiry to the end of the holiday! We stayed in a fantastic villa ideally located on the outskirts but within 5 minutes of the centre of Es Castell. The villa has a beautiful spacious garden with a lovely pool, and inside it has all the facilities you would need for a great holiday

Avoid at all costs - dirty property, inaccurate listing and when we had the temerity to complain they left a false review. Menorca habitat were uncontactable for over 24 hrs and were forced by airbnb to return our full balance. They gave us two hours to leave the property (despite having a young family and no arranged accommodation) - I would be very cautious using this company. As other reviewers have mentioned the standard of cleanliness and repair of properties is poor and their customer service is defensive and clearly they do not care for the clients they are fleecing for money. A previous review mentioned the terrible smell in the property and the company responded to them “they would have sorted it but were not told until the client was leaving” however as the next clients in the house we could see no remedial action had been taken. In summary, poorly described, shabby house, with one bathroom as an outhouse and not even on the property, dirty, mouldy broken fixtures and woeful, surley and defensive customer service. The only advantage we had was we booked one of their properties through the intermediary of airbnb and they were able to rule in our favour and return our considerable balance. Avoid at all costs

Apartments - is a total rip off.
- overall cleaness is absolutely terrible, there are stains on the sofa, on the cupboard doors,
- the state of the mattresses are unacceptable 'see video and pictures - where you can hear the springs creaking. Those mattress are probably 100 years old and it would have been more confortable to sleep on the floor
- the fridge was smelling like a mix of rotting cheese and ham - is older than my grand mother
- the bathroom was completed dated, door wasn't closing probably and shower was not working properly in addition to being very dirty (cf. pictures).
- the sofa if you take the blanket off is full of stains and very smelly
- the house is not safe.
- I am not even mentioning that there is no AC (there is no mention there is - but do be aware) hence it is boiling hot which raises issues as per the safely.
- the washing machine was dirty as in a cump of refugees:((
I would advise not renting through "Menorca Habitat".
