Le personnel est très agréable, au petit soins et attentif.
L appartement était très bien équipée, confortable et spacieuse.
Les repas très bon et du choix pour tout les goûts.
Pas de parking spécifique à l' appart hôtel mais il y a des places gratuites partout au alentour.
La vue sur le port est vraiment sublime.
Lugar romántico si vas en pareja, bellas vistas, os recomiendo 100%
Se estropea el calentador nada mas llegar y se lian los chicos a reparar, nosotros sin ducha y sin poder dormir siesta, aun estoy esperando un detalle o unas disculpas ya que no nos cambian de habitacion, son cosas q pueden pasar pero tampoco tengo yo la culpa y esperaba una compensacion o un cambio para poder descansar recién Llegados.
Otra cosa que no me gustado es que la habitación supuestamente es para 4 y en el sofa cama es imposible dormir, colchon muy fino, hasta mi hija de 15 kg decia que se clavan los muelles.
Lo demas todo correcto sin grandes lujos pero lo correcto para pasar unos dias.

The aparthotel is in a fantastic position in Puerto Christo. The views over the marina are stunning. The town is nearby and there are many fabulous restaurants too.
The apartment was very clean and had every we needed for our stay.
Our only complaint was that the one bedroom premium apartments are open plan and so we did have to pay extra to upgrade to a two bedroomed apartment. Luckily we were able to speak to an extremely helpful member of staff before we arrived who arranged this for us.
We would not hesitate in recommending this PortoDrach aparthotel and hope to visit again soon.

It seems, unbeknown to the owner, the neighbouring business planned an end of year party, which meant we had thumping music and screaming teenagers throughout the night
On approaching reception and the owner, we were offered to leave. At 9pm at night.. one thing also stuck in my mind, "it is not our problem".
I had hoped for a rational response, "hey mate, sorry about the situation, even though we cannot control things like this, how about a x% refund or a nice breakfast, or an apology, and I hope we can greet you here again".
The morning afterwards I spoke with the owner about the situation and received an apology. Thank you Mathias.
Therefore, my evaluation is 1-star.

Wir haben nach Ruhe und Erholung gesucht... Direkt am Ballermann wäre es wohl ruhiger gewesen.
Es gab eine Disko direkt nebenan... An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Trotz Beschwerden wurde keine Alternative oder Ermäßigung angeboten.
Nie wieder! Für den Preis wäre es in einem billigen Hostel ruhiger und schöner gewesen.
Bitte vermeidet dieses Hotel
Pésimo hotel! Buscábamos paz y relajación... Probablemente en Ballermann hubiera sido más tranquilo. Justo al lado había una discoteca... Dormir estaba fuera de discusión. A pesar de las quejas, no se ofreció ninguna alternativa ni descuento. ¡No más! Por el precio, era más tranquilo y agradable en un albergue más barato. Por favor evita este hotel.
Terrible hotel! We were looking for peace and relaxation... It would probably have been quieter directly at Ballermann. There was a disco right next door... Sleep was out of the question. Despite complaints, no alternative or discount was offered. No longer! For the price it was quieter and nicer in a cheaper hostel. Please avoid this hotel
