This is a 3-star hotel with a 4-star feel. We booked a seaview room and it was absolutely terrific. The staff were polite, the room was very clean. I highly recommend this place. It represents great value when compared to the other hotels on the seafront in Puerto Pollença. A storm blew in and we left our balcony door open all night and fell asleep to the sound of waves and the gales. The breakfast was very good with everything you'd expect from a quality hotel buffet plus lots of lovely little personal touches like home made macaroons, biscuits and cakes, plus delicious little foamy pineapple shakes. The wait staff were attentive but not intrusive and everyone in the place, staff and guests alike, appeared happy.

We only tried the restaurant, it's absolutely 5-star! Everything was incredibly delicious. And the view is wonderful.

A little gem of a hotel. Very reasonably priced for its location. The room rate also included a decent buffet breakfast. The staff were amazing.... always willing to help no matter the problem.
