Fabulous location in the heart of Fornalutx. Special thanks to Céline for making our 2 night stay so enjoyable and delightful. She went out of her way to help in every regard. Totally recommend staying at this establishment in the future.

Wonderful place, very good facilities, nice room, good food. The missing star then? Mind your privacy --the bathroom doors are fully transparent.

Céline a très bien préparé notre arrivée en donnant toutes les informations précisément.
La chambre était belle et très propre. Seul petit bémol, le bruit du couloir.
Petit déjeuner très bon.
Céline nous a également conseillé de très belles choses pour la suite de notre voyage! Nous recommandons ce petit hôtel et merci Céline!

Ha superado mis expectativas, lugar bello y tranquilo. Increíbles vistas. Desayuno buffet súper completo. La atención cálida y al detalle. Sin duda mi lugar elegido para disfrutar de escapadas en familia.

Hotel idílico, antes era un convento. Muy bien reformado, camas super comoda y baño completísimo. Aunque el desayuno es un poco mejorable.

It is a lovely hotel in a spectacular location with attentive people. I had seen negative reviews but found no evidence. This is a gem of a hotel and worth visiting .

Nice and charming little hotel but too expensive for its services & offerings. It should rather be rated as a 3 stars hotel, not as 4 stars.

PRO's:
- Well located in Fornatlux, nearby free parking and with beautiful views on the mountains. Fornatlux itself is a cute village to visit.
- It seems the hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms are clean.

CON's: Too expensive for the offering, I don't understand how it can be rated as a 4 stars hotel:

- Breakfast: Some food variety but on the first day the coffee machine was not working properly. We stayed 3 nights and each time the fruits had gone off and tasted bad.

- Service: Hotel staff is nice but the reception hours are quite limited and we barely saw anyone at breakfast or at reception. So you would have to contact them by email for any request or question. This is quite surprising for a 4 stars hotel.

-Bedrooms: We initially booked a double room with mountain view. However, the room was too small, it looked bigger on the pictures on the website. Plus, we did not have any view on the mountains but on the shared terasse. Thus, we had not intimacy and could not open the blinds otherwise the other customers could see us. I assume the other rooms of this category are fine, but not the one we got. It should be classified differently to manage customers' expectations.
Fortunately, we could request a room change and be upgraded to the Chapelle Suite for the rest of our stay. The Suite is big, it has a nice balcony with views on the mountains. Nevertheless, we stayed in other 3 & 4 stars hotels during our holidays and the furnishings of "Basic Rooms" was actually better than this Suite e.g., Actual wardrobe to tidy your belongings, tissue box in the bathroom etc. That may be details for some, but that what you should expect for this category.
Finally, the overall soundproofing isn't great.

Bel endroit, parkings à proximité.
La chambre classique qui restait était très mal située dans l'hôtel.
Le surclassement en suite était bon mais mauvaise insonorisation générale.

Petit dej moyen, surtout quand il n'est pas réapprovisionné, et la machine à café qui ne marche pas le 1er jour.

Rapport qualité prix moyen quand on compare aux 3 autres hôtels que l'on a fait sur Mallorque en 2 semaines.

Beautiful location in Spain's favourite village. Great rooms. Good breakfast. Great pool and leisure space to relax with great views. Friendly, helpful staff. Great value. Evening drinks in the square, wonderful. Viva Espana!

Bardzo cichy ,kameralny hotel w centrum przeurocze go, klimatycznego miasteczka. Urządzony w stylu vintage. Bardzo nowoczesna łazienka dodaje splendoru. Uwielbiam takie klimatyczne miejsca.

Eigentlich schreibe ich nicht viel bei einer Hotelbewertung aber hier schon. Als erste muss man betonen das der Ort, die Lage vom Hotel und der Blick über die Felder auf die die Berge schon einmalig ist. Aber dann ist es mit dem positiven auch schon vorbei.
Wir hatten extra den Aufpreis für ein Balkonzimmer gezahlt damit wir draußen sitzen können,allerdings sind direkt darüber sechs Klimageräte montiert die einen dementsprechend Lärmpegel verursachen. Im Bad keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch auzuhängen, Klooschüssel wackelt und im Zimmer fast keine Möglichkeit einer Ablage. Auch hatte das Zimmer einen modrigen Geruch welchen auch der Duftspender nicht übertönen konnte. Am nicht alzugrossen Pool gibt es nur zwei Liegen und das Frühstücksbuffet könnte in der Preisklasse mehr Auswahl haben. Ach ja und den ganzen Tag sind die Handwerker dabei neue Zimmer fertig zu stellen. Auch kann ich bei 4 Sternen erwarten das die Rezeption besetzt ist und der Gast nicht selber online einchecken und bezahlen muss, was nicht ohne Probleme funktioniert hat.
FAZIT, bei einem Preis von fast 180€ für die Nacht erwarte ich einen gewissen Standard und Service was beides nicht gegeben ist.

Stayed for just the night. The room (#11) was nice and clean, a good size and we had a beautiful view. The shower/water pressure feels so good after a long day!

The mini fridge wasn’t working but that can be easily fixed.

Beautiful location and the breakfast was really good with several simple options and fresh juices.

We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice.

Looks much better on photographs than in the real life. Staff is nowhere to be seen. Our room had a bad smell, so ve very not really happy with our stay here.
