Amazing hotel and maybe the best in town. Awesome location by the sea, really nice and helpful staff. Small but nice spa. Also ok gym. The rooms with ocean view are out of this world. The rooms at the back are great as well. Everything is very well functioning nice pool area on the backside of the hotel but still with ocean view. The Food and drinks Are great and this is a spot for sunset viewong that is just amazing

Ate dinner here this evening. Had a table outside overlooking the port, nice spot. Food and service were good, would definitely recommend.

This hotel has lots going for it but also had lots which in our opinion fell short of 5 star.

Pre trip exchange of emails were redponded to promptly.

Great location just remember to look left and right when you go out the front door. Great views from sea facing rooms the pools, garden and restaurants.

The breakfasts were amazing as was the food in the restaurant. All staff were lovely from check in to the grounds and maintenance staff.

Terraces facing the sea was spacious and private. Loved the sun shade canopy. The free mini bar was a nice touch. It didn't apply to snacks. The pool towel system was a great way of making changes. Two in the room on arrival and they could be replaced as required at the pool.

So what wasn't so great. The WiFi didn't work in the garden or at the pool. It was also intermittent in the rooms.

We requested housekeeping at a set time this didn't happen. The room was quite small and had limited storage. The bathroom was dark, the towels weren't great quality. The air con only worked in the entrance corridor. The vent faced downwards in the corridor so didn't really cool the room.

The bed set up was strange. Two single beds pushed together with two single quilts folder over each side of the bed. The pillows weren't comfortable and gave us neck pain. We loved the record room and visited one afternoon with drinks only to find the record player had no needle.

As most guests say this hotel has the best location and staff in the Port. On this we totally agree.
