nous avons loge dans un appartement hôtel fin octobre , tout était parfait , la literie impeccable , la résidence est tres bien entretenue , dans un quartier calme avec vu sur jardin arboré , le buffet du petit déjeuner est tres complet et de qualité . le personnel est adorable , mention spécial pour la gentillesse de Yasmina et sa collègue de ll accueil (désolée je n ai pas son nom ). l emplacement est juste parfait , le port a 10 mn , les bus idem pour aller un peu partout. le seul reproche , pas vraiment de jolie plage a proximité immédiate, mais San Elme est a 30 mn de bus et tres jolie . en tous les cas je recommande cet hôtel et remercie l équipe dans son ensemble pour son accueil et sa grande gentillesse

We had an incredible stay at your hotel! The exceptional service provided by Jasmina from the restaurant staff and Viktor from the reception truly made our visit memorable. Their and their colleagues professionalism and service orientation were outstanding. The food was nothing short of exceptional, and the cleanliness of both our room and the entire hotel was impeccable. We can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

Tolles Hotel! Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind super sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und es gibt eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße Laura&Armin

Staying here for the umpteenth time. Rooms and comfortable and clean, staff are helpful and the location is in a quiet part of the island away from noisy night life.
Good bus services to Palma and local resorts, but a hire car is more convenient for other destinations.
Its a shame the buffet restaurant is not open since Covid. Mon Port restaurant is very nice but the food is not well cooked - meat is usually too tough! And too much of it!
I think I have the largest 1 bedroom appartment which is a good size with large balcony, with views overlooking both hotel grounds and the mountains behind.
