We have been during the low season, but the room that I've got had a great view on the Porto and with all public transports next. I had a couple of small issues in the room that staff fixed immediately.

Let's start from the room, we paid over 1800 €, it was old, we where put in a corner where we heard all people walking by, the room was cleaned really badly and the doors were so old we couldn't even close them. The parking is too expensive,about the restaurant, the personnel told us to avoid eating the food of the hotel. Still it's a waste of money to go in this terrible hotel, expensive and old. The location is good. I am not one of those who writes reviews, I don't want to even bother, but to give so much money for such thing is a big no. Don't go in this hotel please!

A destacar la increíble atención del personal del hotel. Fuimos atendidos por Melisa y Toni en recepción. Fueron muy amables y simpáticos.
También el personal que estaba en comedor. El desayunado buffet exquisito.
Además de lo bonito del hotel y las vistas que tiene.
Muchas gracias a todos
