This is a good hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfasts are amazing, with a great choice of food to suit all tastes. The views from the roof pool and terrace are stunning. The gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are free for residents. Evening meals are limited, but there is a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby. It's a short walk to the city centre, but there are also buses. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed with my family in this hotel.
+First of all I want to emphasize that the staff was very helpful and kind.
+The breakfast was super (it has everything) and the room where you eat your breakfast has a fantastic view.
+Also the area with the spa is small but fortunately it was not crowded and we were served perfectly!!!
+- As for the family room we stayed in 409, it needs a little renovation, but it is partly practical because it can comfortably accommodate 5 people as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- The negative thing about this room is that it is very noisy
Finally, the hotel is in a good location as there are many shops around for everything you need and the center of Palma is a leisurely 20-30 minute walk away.
