Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Zimmer (starke Lärmbelästigung von der Straße), aber einen erfolgten Upgrade in die Suite Cathedral, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Ein spezieller Dank nochmal an die freundliche Mitarbeiterin Carme. Wirklich erstklassiger Service ????

The place is not worth the price. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I want to mention it, but indeed there are some cheap matters considering that it is supposed to be a good quality hotel. First of all, soundproof is horrible. You can hear everything from the hallway. Also, the bathroom has a glass door, which has basically no sound isolation either, as if the bathroom was there in the open. The fact that it is a glass door also makes the light go through, so due to these reasons, I wouldn't recommend sharing a room like this with your partner, for example. On top of that, also having 2 tea cups and one tea bag as welcoming seemed pretty off to me. It's just tea, after all, and it could be more generous. Other things are also off, but I will not mention them. It's just not done in the right way for an optimal experience. The location is great, though.

Velis at the Spa do a great job and always with a smile. I always go to her if I need anything done, best in town.
