We were really lucky to find this hotel which is part of the old city and near the main Palma attractions reachable on foot. Staff were friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.our only moan is about the breakfast where the hot part of the buffet failed to keep up with demand. It was bacon and scrambled eggs only and most of the time one of those ran out. Another disappointment is that dinner was only Wednesday onwards. As we were here in early April it was cold in the evenings sitting in the courtyard. Perhaps better in the summer. Overall the location, cleanliness and helpful staff makes this a winner.

Tolles, stilvolles Hotel, gutes Frühstück und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist außerordentlich zentral, aber doch ruhig. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit wunderschönem „Patio“ ! Hotelzimmer sehr schön eingerichtet Bett sehr bequem! Personal sehr nett! Lage super gut, man ist überall sofort auch im Zentrum ! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder ♥️

Celebramos en su restaurante la cena de Navidad de la empresa y sólo puedo decir "gracias, gracias y gracias"...
El restaurante nos encantó, la cena deliciosa y abundante pero, sobre todo, destacar al personal que nos atendió.... un 100 sobre 10!!! Atentos, pendientes, divertidos, y muy profesionales... destacar al pobre Miguel (que le mareamos toda la noche y sólo nos devolvía simpatía y buen hacer, aparte de integrarse en las bromas del equipo), Alejandro con su gran organización y simpatía, Miguel coordinando todo desde el principio, y todos los demás que estuvieron ahí para hacer una gran noche...
¡Volveremos seguro!

Sehr schöner alter Stadt Palast im Zentrum von Palma. 400m zur Kathedrale 450m zum Plaza Major …die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber der Charme passt zum Hotel. Die Bäder sind top neu saniert.

Lage, Lage, Lage sagt man immer, ja, das trifft hier auch zu. Sauberkeit, top. Aber jetzt kommt das für mich wichtigste….Service und Personal. Noch nie hab ich in einem Haus 100% freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter erlebt. Immer ist einer dabei, der besser im Bett geblieben wäre an diesem Tag. Im Hotel Born waren es jedoch 100% tolle Mitarbeiter. 100% Service. Allein aus diesem Grund ist das für mich/uns in Palma die erste Wahl. Hotel=>Palma=>Hotel Born! Toll…..weiter so. Wir kommen bald wieder.

El lloc, sobretot el hall es genial, un palau que conserva els elements originals.
Pel que fa a la nostra habitació era senzilla amb mobles antics, però agradable.
El servei molt bo i l'esmorzar també va estar molt bé,encara que no tenien oli d'oliva a la taula, el vàrem haver de demanar i va trigar una estona.
