马略卡岛帕尔马市的旅馆，房间整洁，足够舒适，适合预算紧张的人使用。
一个朴实无华的旅馆，位于El Arenal地区，靠近海滩，但离帕尔马的历史中心很远（反正打车去中心要花20欧元！）。房间很干净，舒适度足够，接待处相当友好。适合预算紧张的人，即使必须说，该地区残酷地缺乏景点。另一方面，海滩也离得不远，即使海滨的游客非常多（有时在晚上过于喜庆！）。

Abbiamo utilizzato la stanza solo 3 ore dal nostro arrivo, poi siamo dovuti scappare per la presenza di due blatte che si aggiravano attorno al nostro letto. A quel punto abbiamo deciso di abbandonare la struttura per recarci in aeroporto e dormire in macchina.
Nonostante i solleciti tramite piattaforma travel per richiedere il rimborso per ciò che abbiamo passato nessuno ci ha risposto.
Mai più un posto del genere.
Se ci penso ancora ho il terrore di trovarmi per terra le blatte. Siamo stati la notte del 12/07/23 , siamo arrivati in questo posto ( non si può chiamare hotel) alle 22.30, abbiamo fatto il check in e siamo arrivati in camera. Ci siamo appena seduti sul letto, perché la situazione in quella camera non mi piaceva per niente. Ambiente vecchio, lenzuola sporche, un caldo atroce, una puzza di vomito. Proviamo a chiudere occhio, ma io non ci riesco perché non mi sentivo al sicuro, così all’1:00 di notte mi alzo per andare in bagno, sento un rumore provenire dalla vasca del bagno, muovo leggermente la tenda e spuntano due blatte ???????????????????? giganti. Io inizio ad urlare come una pazza perche corrono dritte sotto il letto. Il mio compagno si sveglia, prova a tranquillizzarmi, ma io ero nel panico totale. Una blatta ???? è salita sul letto.. nulla ho provato a rimettere le due cose uscite dalla valigia e scappiamo via dall inferno. Abbiamo passato quasi 3 ore in questo posto è non potevamo neanche lamentarci in reception perché non c’era nessuno. Abbiamo preteso un rimborso del soggiorno non usufruito e non hanno voluto risponderci. Vergognoso… ????????????

Alla fine Abbiamo passato la notte in auto dato che avevamo il volo alle 8 del mattino.
Only the entrance of the hotel is renovated, our room was never renovated or not in the last 20-30 years. It was super hot. Even the receptionist, who was btw a very kind person, said that it is going to be super hot, we are going to suffer but this is what it is, sorry, this is only a hostel not a hotel. Well, luckily she was wrong and our room had air conditoning.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even for 1 night.
By the way, all the nearby roads were like a very poor city in Mexico or in Africa, nothing like Mallorca. I don't know if this small area is like that or the whole city but I would never go back to this place.
