We had an excellent welcome to this lovely hotel. Very stylish and everyone is so helpful and friendly. The room is brilliant and the bathroom very luxurious. Hotel is spotless, a nice touch is the cakes and coffee provided in the lounge. Ideal location in the old town

Precioso hotel en el corazón de Palma. Lo mejor de este hotel es sus camas y su ubicación, en pleno centro, pudimos ir andando a todas partes. El personal muy atento y agradable.

Very nice boutique hotel; perfect location for old town Palma; great staff; very clean rooms and building in general; most comfortable beds; lovely breakfast; reasonably priced.

Downside: breakfast is from 8:00-10:30; went there at 9:15, but they were already out of tray juice, sandwiches and certain Omelettes. That was disappointing.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The service was very friendly, our room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and a huge walk-in shower! There was a great variety of offerings for breakfast. It was very quiet and it was especially nice to have coffee and treats for an afternoon snacks in the lobby. So much attention to details. We can only highly recommend!

A super nice hotel and the bed linen smells so good. Breakfast is available from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and my late arrival was also possible. Many thanks to the entire team.

We loved the hotel. Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom. Continental breakfast was spot on too. Central location is ideal and super convenient for being in the lovely old town. Recommended.

Außerordentlich gute Lage zu zivilen Preisen. Die Belegschaft ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, mit Kleinkind ist die Junior Suite prädestiniert. Von dort ist eigentlich alles in der Innenstadt bestens zu Fuß zu erreichen ... und direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bar für den Absacker vor der Nachtruhe ????

Sin duda lo que mas estrellas le aporta al hotel es su equipo humano, un personal encantador, amable y eficaz al máximo que te hacen sentir mejor que en casa; Julieta no puede ser mas amable y resolutiva, junto con Maria que te ayuda en todo lo necesario siempre con una sonrisa; la persona de los desayunos y la persona de limpieza, que también estaba en los desayunos algunos días (perdon, no recuerdo sus nombres), eran también un encanto, siempre sonrientes y con ganas de ayudar, la verdad es que la experiencia en Palma no habría sido tan maravillosa de no haber dado con este equipo que te hacen la vida tan fácil, espero y deseo que tengan la suerte de conocerlas y tratar con ellas porque son personas que sin duda suman mucho a la experiencia de un viaje a Palma. Por otro lado, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas, la situación del hotel inmejorable tanto para ver la ciudad como para recorrer la isla con el parking justo al lado y con fácil salida de la ciudad.Sin embargo, insisto, hoteles hay muchos y variados, mejores y peores pero las personas son lo que marca la diferencia y ,en este caso, marcan una notable diferencia haciendo inmejorable la estancia en este hotel.
Felicidades a todo el personal del hotel por la gran calidad humana. Gracias Julieta por ser como eres y gestionar este gran equipo.

Nous avions réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel mais nous avons dû annuler 4 jours avant notre séjour à cause d’un décès.
Nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial de la part de l’hôtel.
Je sais que notre réservation était non remboursable, mais nous avons fait l’effort de vous prévenir immédiatement pour que vous puissiez louer la chambre à nouveau. (Je pense que fin juillet vous avez énormément de demande)
Politique commerciale très moyenne
