Après visionnage d'une émission de TV ventant vos services, vous vous êtes permise de vous autoproclamer experte en couscous, et d'y ajouter que vous avez "appris aux marocaines à le cuisiner". Cela me parait extrêmement déplacé et condescendant, et je pèse mes mots afin de ne pas qualifier cela d'appropriation culturelle de votre part. Sachez que vous n'êtes pas en droit de vous approprier la culture d’autrui, les pays du Maghreb n'étant plus colonisés par la France depuis plusieurs années. D'autant plus que la viande du couscous ne se cuit pas dans une poêle !!! L'irrespect à son apogée. Je vous conseil donc de servir des jambons-beurres et des macarons qui dans ce cas vous appartiennent.

The staff are excellent, super friendly and went out of there way to ensure we had a great visit to Ibiza. They arranged babysitting for us, provided recommendations for exploring the island and Formentera - all of this made our trip a success and we are very thankful for that.
The food is very good! The hotel is well known for the Cous Cous night (once a week) which we enjoyed. Breakfast we found heathy and tasty and the team offered to accommodate any request we had there.
If you’re after a great boutique hotel experience then this is the place. We would definitely stay there again.
