HOTEL PUCHET

Grata sorpresa con este hotel, íbamos sin muchas expectativas ya que en este mes de febrero no es que hubiera muchas opciones de elegir alojamiento, hemos ido un grupo de amigas y todas encantadas con este hotel, el trato increíble por todo el personal de recepción y bar, quiero destacar la dedicación de una chica joven en recepción que nos preparo una guía de restaurantes locales. No tenemos ninguna queja de nada. El desayuno súper variado sabiendo la poca ocupación que hay en este momento. ¡Muchas gracias! Sin duda lo recomendaré

El hotel tiene estacionamiento y en la recepción son muy amistosos
El desayuno es buffet y harta cantidad. Eso si normal y nada fuera de lo común

La calefacción en las habitaciones no funcionaba (en recepción sorprendenteme si). Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel en medio de nuestras vacaciones, al menos no pusieron pegas a modificar la reserva y devolver el importe de las noches no "disfrutadas".

So the staff is very HELPFUL, and location is GREAT
The room on the other had was NOT properly CLEANED , bedding had hair on it , bathroom sink had hair, finger prints on mirrors. We booked for December and the heat was NOT working and was only offered extra blankets. We could not switch rooms due to the hotel hosting a tournament with over 300 kids. The kids were very very noisy . We could hear them running on second floor and talking in the halls very loud. (To the kids defense the walls are very thin at this hotel) . Day of check out House keeping unlock the door and walked in at10:26 I was standing in the middle of the room in shock . I don’t want to complain anymore so I just gave up. We has already cancel our last two night at 3 in the morning due to the noise and lack of heat. We left at check out to find more suitable accommodation. WE LOVE SPAIN WE COME OFTEN , BUT WE WILL NOT RETURN BACK TO IBIZA IF THIS IS THE NORM .
The over all hotel is a 2 star it’s only classified as a 3 star due to the restaurant, with good service but subpar food and very thin bedding.
