Beware of this place, I booked in August and checked again -by myself- turns out they overbooked the place, they didn’t even offer to help us, nor did they contact me about this issue - I found out by accident, we booked our flights, tours and everything prepaid- it was supposed to be a birthday trip for two birthday people. Totally shameless , they didn’t even offer to help! If I had not checked, we would have arrived without a place to stay! I am guttered, in shock and I honestly can’t recommend this place to anyone!

Ubicación inmejorable, la calidad precio más de lo mismo, me asustaba mucho el hecho de no tener aire acondicionado pero el edificio tiene buena temperatura (en pleno julio) además de que tiene buenos ventiladores, los anfitriones se veía que era gente de toda la vida, implicados en que estes a gusto y en el negocio. Volveré sin dudas.

Avoid under any circumstance. Staff rude, and don’t really speak English. Everything’s very old and rooms have no air-conditioning and windows open to noisy streets so you cook like you’re in an oven.
Location near port but bus system/taxi rank can be a nightmare and the late night bus doesn’t go here so you must walk 4km’s from the big venues.

Such a lovely room in heart of magic Ibiza, 3 steps to Port. Big room and small kitchen (toster, coffee express, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee), air conditioning, magic balcony, bathroom, all nice and super clean. Very friendly owner, low price in terms of conditions. Great place for 1, 2, 3 people or family with child.
