Dans la salle de gym les appareils ne fonctionnaient pas. Bref … tous les éléments pour se détendre ne fonctionnaient pas.
Sinon le buffet petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits frais.
On a pris une chambre avec vue sur mer. C est ce qu il faut faire. Vue magnifique et emplacement idéal.
Je trouve bizarre que l on doive demander le nécessaire toilette (amenities) à la réception.
En résumé les beaux jours de l hotel sont dans le passé. Il y a trop de choses cassées partout
Le personnel à la réception ne fera rien pour aider: à mon arrivée une dame se plaignait du chantier ( et oui / c était bruyant aussi) elle voulait soit être remboursée ou trouver une autre solution, a la réception ils ont juste rien fait.
I got a single room which faced the street and was so full of noise I woke up twice during the night.
Next morning I asked to be upgraded, and found they said now the price was 60, whereas the day before I was told 30. Then finally she said it was 45.
She also refused to refund me and let me check out early.
So all in all, this place is run by unfriendly and rude receptionists who will not help you with anything, indeed they seemed fairly happy about me being stuck in a room I couldn't sleep in.
Luckily my agency got me out of this hole. I'd go for something nice instead if I were you.
