Hola . Estoy sentada en la terraza de cafetería de hotel y nadie me pasa la carta ya hace 10 minutos, nadie me saludo ( aún que hay una camarera ) está dando vueltas y no me mira. Tonta acabada .

A media mañana hemos fuimos a tomar algo al hotel. El camarero (chico con el pelo ondulado y tatuado) que nos atendió fue súper amable y simpático. Volveremos a Ibiza, y verle.

No es la primera vez que visitó este hotel. Siempe me sentí muy bien. Pero esta vez me acomodaron en un edificio en frente del hotel. Parecía que aún estaba en obras. Los últimos detalles. La habitación, grande comoda, bien equipada. Pero!!! Sucia. Por l piso, y en el baño había pelos, de todos los tamaños. Diría que falta atención en la limpieza. La atención del personal muy bien.

De passage sur l’île j’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans ce chaleureux hôtel très bien situé et décoré avec goût. Le personnel était très accueillant et les prestations de qualité, une expérience à vivre et à renouveler !

Muy buen servicio desde que llegamos hasta que salimos, todos sin excepción. Quedamos encantados y seguro que repetimos.

Unacceptable Disrupted Sleep : I am writing this from my room 2010. It is past midnight now and since 8:30pm this evening, there has been incessant barking from a dog located in the room opposite ours. This disturbance has been particularly distressing as it has repeatedly awakened our baby.

It appears that the dog has been left unattended for an extended period, which is not only concerning for the wellbeing of the animal but is also highly inconsiderate to your guests. The expectation of quiet enjoyment in one's accommodation, especially during off-season, has been severely unmet.

Considering we have a young child and I have early work commitments, this ongoing noise pollution has significantly impacted our ability to rest. When booking, I specifically mentioned we would be staying with a baby, and it is quite perplexing why we would be situated near a potential source of disturbance, specially that it’s off-season and the hotel is clearly not fully booked.

We have shown considerable patience, but the situation has now become untenable and it could have easily been avoided if you had some consideration towards your guests with a policy to meet their most basic needs when staying at your hotel and that is : a restfull sleep night!

The staff seemed overwhelmed with the English language and basics like checking room availability, programming the room keys, bringing the breakfast, even cleaning the room.

What an enjoyable stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location and was very clean. The reception staff were most helpful at recommending places to visit on the island. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice of food. I would highly recommend the hotel and hope to return!

1) Firstly, the location: in the heart of Eivissa at the foot of the old city centre
2) Perfect service. I often stay in 5-star hotels, but even in Dubai, there is no such attention, care and unobtrusive service as here. The best staff I have seen in Europe, so definitely!
3) Very stylish design, every element has been thought out, and everything is of very high quality
4) Delicious food and delicious presentation of that.
I plan to come back here every year because it's a super place to relax and rejuvenate myself.

1) En primer lugar la ubicación: en el corazón de la ciudad a los pies del casco antiguo.
2) Servicio perfecto. A menudo me alojo en hoteles de 5 estrellas, pero incluso en Dubai no hay tanta atención, cuidado y servicio discreto como aquí. Definitivamente, el mejor personal que he visto en Europa.
3) Diseño muy elegante, cada elemento está pensado y todo es de muy alta calidad.
4) La comida es deliciosa y deliciosamente servida.
Pienso volver aquí todos los años porque es un lugar estupendo para relajarse y rejuvenecer.

So, I waited three weeks for a reply from their websites contact form without any sort of reply.
I stayed at the Montesol at the end of September for 3 nights. The room that was given to me was *308*. The room itself was clean and decent. Unfortunately this room had milky windows (you cant see out) and you could only open for some fresh air (3cm at the top). I brought this to the attention of the staff at the time and they promised to see what they could do. Unfortunately they couldnt do anything so i was stuck guessing what the weather was everymorning i woke up.
The fact the we were a group of friends (total 5 rooms) and everyone else had either rooms with windows that you could open and/or see out of, some even had balconies seems quite unreasonable to offer such a huge difference in the room selections.
If you book your stay at Montesol Ibiza please do not accept room 308 unless you are paid to stay in it.

No vuelvo a desayunar a estes sitio ! Precio carísimo para la calidad del producto ! Una tosta seca con salmón ahumado y dos huevos 13 E … no estaba buena ! Servicio de los camareros correcto y rápido !

Un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel entièrement refait à neuf et situé au pied de la vieille ville. Nous nous sommes sentis tellement chanceux de l'avoir comme repère pour rayonner dans l'île, ses plages et ses clubs. Des souvenirs à vie ! Merci à l'équipe pour l'accueil et les attentions.

Nous avons pris un petit déjeuner au Montesol, tout était très bon et de qualité. Merci à Grégoire pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme !! Je recommande ++

Lamb chops were not the best, the steak was very good. Service very friendly and fast

7:50 de la mañana, no hay nadie en el restaurante para desayunar, nos aceptan y luego - lo que parece ser el jefe de sala - nos dice que no hay sitio, que esta todo reservado para las habitaciones cuando solamente nos íbamos a tomar un café rápido. Trato nefasto del jefe de sala.
No vuelvo.
