The rooms were clean and the place was pretty and convenient to all major locations. The breakfast was delicious. However., we had no hot water for 2 days in our room. So, it was cold showers in 40 degree weather. We bought it to the staffs attention, they fixed it, but it didn't work. Later we were given another room and the hot water worked. The reason for lower rating is the heat issue nothing else. The staff was lovely and attentive to all the needs immediately. If you want to stay here, make sure you have hot water, if not you will have to resort to cold showers.

Très bon emplacement dans la ville mais chambre trop réduite. Pas d'armoire par de placard pas de ceintres... pour celui qui reste plus d'une nuit c'est gênant.

Muy lindo el hotel! Bien ubicado y muy buen servicio. Sin embargo los pisos son de papel, estuve en una habitación del piso de abajo y se escucharon pasos toda la noche.

Hôtel super sympa situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la place des armes. Les aménagements sont plutôt réussis. Les différents patios sont très fleuris.
Les chambres sont propres. A noter dans la chambre 110 la douche est à même les rochers de la fondation ... super joli !
