Charming small hotel in centre of old town, 2 mins walk from the main square. All the staff super friendly and helpful. I found it great value for money. Rooms are rustic in style so don’t expect 5 star luxury, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order. It was nice to sit in the sunny courtyard where there’s a little tea cart to help yourself. Would definitely stay again if I return to Cusco

Maravillosa casona con hermosas habitaciones, jardines interiores que relajan la mente. Céntrico, puedes llegar caminando a varios puntos interesantes. Incluye sabroso desayuno (que puedes pedir para llevar).

I stayed here twice, before and after my trip to Machupicchu. Initially I got a cute small room with a bit of a view and the bathroom, therefor I asked to rebook the same room the second time. I insisted on it, but unfortunately although they said ok, on my
Return they gave me another room and said that the next day, I’ll change but once again they gave me a different one. It was very unpleasant the whole experience for something that should have been super easy.
Good breakfast (also to go for the early trips), heating at night in the rooms, nice courtyards and great location.

•Shower is terrible and cold.
•Front desk lady is not welcoming and has terrible people skills, always busy looking at the computer screen.
•Breakfast is okay, if you love sugary foods and 1 egg.
•Heavily overpriced, it was even more expensive to go to the door and book a night than it was to book online!
•Overall unpleasant stay for the money. Very disappointing experience.
